2013 - Spring
Spring 2013 Community Update
Street Cleaning - The Board has contracted to have the roadways power washed to remove residual sand spread by our plowing contractor during the winter’s snow. This will occur in April and is both more cost effective and eliminates the need to move cars from common area parking spaces. The Board will advise residents of the dates of street power washing, Although cars do not have to be moved, residents who want to avoid water spray on their vehicles may want to move them to garages, aprons or make one day alternative parking arrangements.
Landscaping - Our landscape contractor, Town and Country, will begin the spring clean-up in mid-April. Spring Inspection - This is scheduled to begin in June and will be conducted by an independent inspection company to insure that a common standard is applied. Route 1 Clean-up – Volunteers for the annual Route 1 Clean-Up are asked to assemble at the clubhouse at 8:30 AM on Saturday, April 20. Dog Waste Stations – The community is installing two dog waste (poop) stations on a trial basis. One will be placed in the vicinity of the playground and the other near the volleyball court. Community Information - Information concerning and impacting the residents of Inlet Cove will be transmitted through signs posted at the North and South entrances. The signs will state “Urgent Information @ www.inletcovehoa.org” and will only be displayed in the event or activity that could affect residents such as resurfacing/painting community streets or parking spaces, highway expansion information, or other situations that may disrupt everyday activity within the community. However, residents are still encouraged to sign up for automatic email updates at the HOA website (www.inletcovehoa.org), since this is the primary means that will be used to provide community information. To receive current information on Route 1, email address updates, including your full name, phone number, and address, to Rt1expansion@gmail.com. Residents are encouraged to attend HOA meetings to remain aware of issues facing the community or to make their concerns known. The meetings occur on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:00PM at the community Club House. |
