I want to make modifications to my property, landscape, adding a deck, changing features. Do I need to get approval?
Answer: For architectural modifications (new deck, patio, satellite dish, structural changes to the interior of your home, exterior changes, among other items), you DO need approval by our HOA. Please refer to the Architectural Modification Handbook for guidance and application process; available for download in our 'Forms and Files' area of this website.

I have a noisy neighbor, children trespassing in my yard, an incessantly barking dog near by, a car alarm that continues to alarm, construction noise before 7am and after 9pm. Who can I contact?
Answer: Such items are outside of the scope of our HOA. In matters of noise and nuisance problems, you can contact the Fairfax County non-emergency phone number, available in our 'Directory' section.

I haven't received my pool passes. Where are they and who do I contact?
Answer: Pool passes are normally sent via our property management company directly to the home owners in the April time frame. If you are a home owner in good standing (without any outstanding HOA dues), and have not received your passes you may contact our property management company. Phone number is available in our 'Directory' section of this website.
If you are a renter and have not received your passes, contact your landlord. It is the property owners responsibility to ensure their tenants receive pool passes.

Answer: Trees in your yard, are your responsibility for removal and maintenance. Trees in common space that are in jeopardy of falling down or have fallen down are the HOA's responsibility for removal. For trees in common areas, contact our property management company and Landscape Committee chair; numbers and emails are available in the 'Directory' section of this website.
