About Inlet Cove (circa 2004)...
Inlet cove is located one mile south of Ft. Belvoir’s main gate, between Fairfax County Parkway (7100) and Telegraph Road (611). Our community affords a simple and efficient use of open space together with a balanced mix of housing opportunities.
We are a planned community on approximately forty acres with 148 Single Family Homes (built by Ryan and Courtland Homes) and 108 Townhomes (built by NVHomes). Located in southeastern Fairfax County we are just minutes from major Fairfax County park and recreation facilities on the Mason Neck Peninsula. In addition to Pohick Church, nearby historic landmarks include Gunston Hall, Woodlawn Plantation, Mount Vernon and Grist Mill.
The Beauty of Inlet Cove is preserved with a combination of natural areas and landscaped open spaces connected by an internal network of walkways providing easy access to community amenities. These include a pool and club house, tot lot, and play area with a sand volleyball court.
